Strategic Leadership & Supervision is an 8-day supervisor training experience, designed for experienced leaders and managers who are ready to strengthen how they lead their teams. Participants build practical skills in communication, coaching, accountability and conflict management, along with broader strategic leadership capabilities.
Previously Supervisory Skills, this program has been redeveloped with modern, strategic leadership tools for a new experience.

Eight full-day courses, with sessions typically held every 4–5 weeks, giving participants time between sessions to apply what they’ve learned.
All classes run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; breaks are included*

Strategic Leadership & Supervision Includes:
This course shifts supervisors from task-focused management to strategic, proactive leadership. The class covers the supervisor’s real role, understanding organizational systems, translating goals into daily execution, building business acumen, and connecting foundational supervisory skills to forward-looking leadership.
Supervisors in this course explore how to shape team culture and norms intentionally. The class includes culture vs. climate, inclusion as a leadership behavior, modeling team values, increasing self-awareness, managing bias, building effective teams, motivating employees, and essential time-management skills.
This leadership training course builds the ability to drive performance through clarity, commitment, and communication. The class covers setting shared standards, motivating mid-level performers, using feedback loops, active listening, communicating across levels, and applying constructive accountability to strengthen results.
This course develops supervisors as talent builders who create depth on their teams. The class focuses on identifying potential, structuring career conversations, coaching for readiness, effective delegation, handling tough conversations, conducting performance appraisals, applying positive discipline, and addressing toxic behaviors.
This leadership training course strengthens skills for leading across teams and functions. The class includes managing interdependencies, forming alliances, supporting shared wins, facilitating group decisions, navigating cross-team conflict, leveraging diversity, managing stress, and presenting goals clearly and effectively.
