This leadership training course focuses on shifting supervisors from task-focused management to strategic, proactive leadership. The class covers the supervisor’s real role, understanding organizational systems, translating goals into daily execution, building business acumen, and connecting foundational supervisory skills to forward-looking leadership.
This leadership training course explores how supervisors intentionally shape team culture and norms. The class includes culture vs. climate, inclusion as a leadership behavior, modeling team values, increasing self-awareness, managing bias, building effective teams, motivating employees, and essential time-management skills.
This leadership training course builds the ability to drive performance through clarity, commitment, and communication. The class covers setting shared standards, motivating mid-level performers, using feedback loops, active listening, communicating across levels, and applying constructive accountability to strengthen results.
This leadership training course develops supervisors as talent builders who create depth on their teams. The class focuses on identifying potential, structuring career conversations, coaching for readiness, effective delegation, handling tough conversations, conducting performance appraisals, applying positive discipline, and addressing toxic behaviors.
This leadership training course strengthens skills for leading across teams and functions. The class includes managing interdependencies, forming alliances, supporting shared wins, facilitating group decisions, navigating cross-team conflict, leveraging diversity, managing stress, and presenting goals clearly and effectively.
This leadership training course equips supervisors to guide teams through change, both operational and adaptive. The class covers diagnosing team readiness, leading through ambiguity, building resilience, implementing change effectively, and applying workforce planning to support future needs.
This leadership training course enhances leadership communication for influence, alignment, and clarity. The class focuses on crafting actionable messages, communicating across all levels, setting expectations, delivering difficult feedback, running effective meetings, storytelling, managing emotions and relationships, and leadership at a distance and cross-generational teams.
The program concludes with reflection, application, and future-focused planning. This leadership training course includes ethical decision-making, innovation, continuous improvement, building strategic relationships, technology-enabled leadership, creating a 90-day plan, and developing personal leadership goals and persuasive influence strategies.
