Certificate Program
Leadership Launchpad is a high-impact, 5-day development experience, designed for emerging and developing leaders. Whether you’re a high-potential employee preparing for leadership, a new supervisor, leading projects or informally guiding others, you’ll build the confidence, communication skills and leadership mindset to make an impact, regardless of your title.
Previously Leadership for Team Leaders, Leadership Launchpad features all-new content and provides a fresh development experience, including for graduates of the former Leadership for Team Leaders program.
