In her role with the Steelers, Holmes Davis is in charge of spearheading the organization’s community engagement initiatives, social justice programs, working with each of the players on their community outreach efforts and implementing NFL league wide social responsibility programs.
Prior to joining the Steelers, she was the director of Advocacy and Community Outreach at Adagio Health. In her role, she was in charge of developing and implementing the organization’s advocacy platform and working collaboratively with a variety of community stakeholders to create health care and education partnerships throughout Western PA.
Holmes Davis has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has presented at a variety of local and regional conferences on the social justice movements and sports, women in leadership and youth organizing.
Holmes Davis graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a degree in Communication. She currently serves on the boards of the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, Gwen’s Girls, and Fisa Foundation. She is married to Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis.

Immediately following Mix, Mingle & Mocha, The MBA will host an open house from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the RLA.
