In honor of its 120th anniversary, the Manufacturer & Business Association (The MBA) will host the Party on the Patio open house for MBA members and leaders of the area business community from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, June 5, at the MBA Conference Center in Erie, 2171 West 38th Street. All media are invited to attend.
“This is a great way to celebrate this milestone year with our members who are paramount to everything we do,” said MBA President and CEO Lori Joint. “We hope that they and other business leaders get a chance to see all the exciting things happening here and why The MBA is an important part of our community’s past, present and future.”
During the three-hour event, business owners and other employers will be able to learn more about The MBA’s comprehensive services, including HR and legal support, professional development and computer training, competitive group insurance, expert logistics services, reduced cost energy and logistics programs, premium meeting space rentals, lobbying efforts, thought-provoking business news and premier networking opportunities. Guests also can take a tour of the MBA’s state-of-the-art Conference Center facilities.
In addition to learning about all the services and benefits included with an MBA membership, those in attendance will enjoy complimentary food and beverages, as well as fun games and prizes. The MBA also will have a special display to commemorate its 120th year, including a fun look at the Association’s history and special events such as the Roar on the Shore® motorcycle rally.
