ERIE – The Manufacturer & Business Association (The MBA) will honor 67 graduates from 34 companies during a recognition luncheon at noon Wednesday, August 27, at the Association’s Conference Center, 2171 West 38th Street at Pittsburgh Avenue. All media are invited to attend.
“We are thrilled to recognize these graduates and the ongoing investment by their employers in their continuing education,” said Tracy Daggett, PHR, director of Training and Development at The MBA. “It’s a remarkable achievement and something that will benefit their organizations immediately.”
The MBA offers more than 60 professional training classes, including a variety of certificate series programs. Those being recognized at the August 27 luncheon have successfully completed any one of the Association’s programs, including Leadership for Team Leaders, Supervisory Skills, HR Essentials Series, Excel Application Specialist and/or Word Application Specialist. Class participants and certificate-series graduates work in a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, health care, service and government, throughout the Association’s membership area.
