The Manufacturer & Business Association’s (The MBA) next Executive Speaker Series will feature three local manufacturing visionaries for a panel discussion on the state of the industry, leadership strategies and more at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, at the Association’s Conference Center, 2171 West 38th Street. Panelists include Christie Drabic, vice president of Global Project Management, Wabtec; Jim Rutkowski Jr., general manager, Industrial Sales & Manufacturing; and, Phil Katen, president and general manager, Plastikos. During the hour-long discussion, the three will share real-world leadership insights and practical takeaways for navigating complex challenges, strengthening operations and driving long-term, sustainable impact across the region’s manufacturing sector.
