- Describe the role negotiation plays in leadership

Course Instructor
Meet Andrea Bierer! She has over two decades of marketing and communication experience, spanning the full spectrum from nonprofit grant initiatives to comprehensive for-profit company marketing. During her career, she has operated as the communication coordinator for multiple large community initiatives, served various roles at local universities, and thrived as a frequent certified trainer across Pennsylvania on a wide variety of topics. Bierer is a marketing manager for DBC Remodeling & Construction and has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication.
