Food Safety Professionals Certification Class
The MBA offers a comprehensive, one-day Food Safety Certification Class that is designed to equip food service professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a safe and compliant food-handling environment. Those who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Management Certification, recognized across the food service industry as a requirement to be the Person In Charge (PIC) at a food safety operation.

Valid photo ID; Food Safety Study Guide–please make arrangements to pick up your copy at the MBA Erie office prior to the class date; note-taking materials (optional but encouraged)
