He brings his decades of experience, successes, and failures to his clients, helping them bring organizational clarity, focus, accountability, and discipline, creating remarkable cultural and business transformations.

Meghan Kinter, Ph.D.
Meghan Kinter is the Chief, Strategy & Business Development for LECOM Behavioral Health. For the last 20-plus years, Dr. Kinter has helped businesses and individuals “get unstuck” through leadership coaching and strategy development. Over the last several years, she has honed her focus to cause-based businesses and has helped lead several local, regional and national social wellness movements in the areas of domestic violence, religiosity, substance misuse and behavioral/mental health. Throughout her tenure, she has had the opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge as both a corporate trainer and as a professor at three universities.
Tim Barnhart
Tim Barnhart is the chief financial officer for the SMG Industries family of companies and plays a pivotal part in their success. With SMG's merger and the integration of 5J Transportation Group, he now leads the financial engine of the organization with his expertise. Barnhart's educational journey led him through Cathedral Preparatory School, culminating in a 2000 business management degree from Penn State University. His post-college years encompassed seven years in senior management within the commercial construction sector before venturing out on his own. He co-founded Barnhart Transportation in 2003 with his brother Bryan. The pair grew to a $80 million logistics service provider through its eight operating companies before the merger with SMGI. As CFO at SMG Industries, Barnhart not only oversees the organization’s financial matters, but his role also extends to the management of many operational facets. His role ensures the seamless integration of financial objectives with overarching business strategies, while also leading the adoption of new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Wendy DeArment
Wendy DeArment is the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator for Networking Technologies in Erie. Prior to that, she was manager of the company's Network Operations Center. She previously worked for RentWay Inc.'s corporate office before they were acquired by Rent-A-Center, Inc. in 2007. She is a graduate of Penn State Behrend where she earned a bachelor's degree in management information systems in 1999.
Jon DeArment
Jon DeArment, President and Chief Operating Officer at Channellock Inc., is responsible for overall operations of the company. He and his executive management team work to ensure all products under the company’s brand meet the expectations from consumers and industry partners while meeting all financial and operational goals. Jon has worked at CHANNELLOCK® for more than 25 years and represents the 5th generation of the DeArment family to be leading the organization. Jon is married to Dana DeArment and has three children. Jon earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Gannon University, located in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Brian Duncan
Brian Duncan is chief executive officer of Duncan Financial Group, an independent, family run business that provides financial services, insurance and risk management, along with tax and accounting services to individuals, families and businesses. Duncan Financial, based in Irwin, Pennsylvania, began implementing EOS in 2023 to help clarify a vision for the future, align their team and resources, and provide a platform for scaled growth.
