Now more than ever, your bottom line is affected by public policy. For over 100 years, the MBA has been the voice of business in Pennsylvania. We have achieved legislative and regulatory successes through relationships the MBA and our members have built with officials at the state and federal levels.
The MBA is respected statewide as a business trade and advocacy association assuring our members have a seat at the table when issues impacting businesses and manufacturers are discussed.
We consistently create opportunities for members to meet with lawmakers at legislative briefings, receptions, and webinars as well as issue and candidate forums. The MBA educates members about the issues and government through programs and webinars. MBA members educate lawmakers about their issues of top concern through face-to-face meetings and grassroots lobbying trips to Harrisburg. Members can shape policy related to taxes, health care, regulations, workforce etc. through the Policy and Government Committee meetings and calls. Members can stay informed about relevant state and federal business issues through the daily News You Can Use, monthly Hill Report, and the MBA’s Business Magazine On the Hill column.
