Due to severe weather conditions forecast for the region, the Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA) has postponed the annual Economic Outlook IMPACT Luncheon set for noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, December 5, at the MBA Conference Center, 2171 West 38th Street in Erie.
