MFG Day

For more than 10 years, MFG Day has brought Pennsylvania’s manufacturers, educators, and students together to highlight the careers available in the manufacturing industry, and to connect potential employers with new employees.

Annual Event

2025 marks the 120th year of the MBA’s Annual Event, when Pennsylvania business leaders gather to gain insight from featured keynote speakers, network with other professionals, and more.

HR Conference

Each year, we bring together one of the largest HR audiences in the region for a day of learning experiences, relevant vendors, networking opportunities, and expert guest speakers.

Women in Leadership Impact

MBA’s Women in Leadership Impact event is a networking opportunity for women in business leadership, featuring speakers who hold prominent positions in the community and time for open dialogue.

Western Pennsylvania Legislative Reception

The largest gathering of its kind, the Western Pennsylvania Legislative Reception brings elected officials and business leaders from across western Pennsylvania together to influence issues that impact business.

One of the largest HR and legal discussion groups in the region, our HR Roundtable give business leaders real-time updates on policy changes, an analysis of how they impact business, unique solutions for keeping employees happy, and more.

HR Coffee Talks

This MBA member exclusive gives HR specialists a weekly opportunity to connect with other like minded professionals. Join from the office or the comfort of your home–HR Coffee Talks are entirely online!

Butler MFG Day

Since 2023, we’ve hosted a special manufacturing event for students. In partnership with the Butler County Manufacturing Consortium and the Butler County Chamber of Commerce, we connect employers, educators, and students to foster the next generation of manufacturers.

Legislative Lunch

MBA members get the opportunity to hear from elected officials or policy experts on legislative matters that affect the business community.

These quarterly luncheons give the local business community the chance to discuss important topics like the economy, nonprofits, and women in leadership.
