HR Essentials Certificate Series Training Courses
Complete all six human resources essentials training courses to earn a certificate, OR take courses one-by-one to build your knowledge based on your business’ needs.This training course begins the HR Essentials Certificate Series by covering safe hiring practices like background checks, interviews, and orientations. In this course, you’ll learn about pre-employment screening requirements, how to conduct successful interviews and write offer letters, and other best practices for onboarding new hires.
The second training course in the HR Essentials Certificate Series covers creating effective discrimination and harassment policies for your business. In this course, employers and HR leadership will learn how to stay compliant to anti-harassment policies, protect their organizations from legal risks, and cultivate a safe workplace for all employees.
Course three of the HR Essentials Certificate Series will help business leaders and HR employees conduct terminations with minimal legal risk.
